Dit doen ze door middel van een online web-based platform dat het mogelijk maakt voor gebruikers om direct documenten te kunnen bewerken en afdrukken en dat ongeveer binnen de huisstijl. De dienst die CHILI publish aanbiedt is vrij geavanceerd en biedt veel technische mogelijkheden om gebruikers een afgestemde ervaring te geven. Ik zag in deze tool niet de mogelijkheid om bestanden vanuit Adobe InDesign of Illustrator te kunnen koppelen aan templates.
