Ze horen van collega\u2019s dat er onduidelijkheid bestaat rondom de huisstijl en dat deze als te moeilijk wordt ervaren waardoor zij niet goed genoeg met de huisstijl overweg kunnen. Ze zien eigen geknutsel waardoor er te veel verschil bestaat tussen communicatie-uitingen. Ze wijzen collega\u2019s op juist gebruik. Pijnpunten zijn dat ze werken met verouderde formats, dat de huisstijl als saai wordt ervaren en dat de boog in de huisstijl vaak lastig toepasbaar is. Er is behoefte aan een eenvoudige en simpele oplossing voor collega\u2019s die zorgt voor meer eenduidigheid binnen de huisstijl. Ook bestaat er een behoefte naar steunkleuren, momenteel zijn de primaire huisstijl kleuren blauw en groen niet genoeg.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> Medewerkers voelen dat de huisstijl momenteel passief streng bewaakt wordt. Ze geven aan zelf veel te knutselen. Ze zien dat er in uitingen regelmatig gebruik wordt gemaakt van ouderwetse afbeeldingen. Ook zij hebben behoefte aan meer kleuren dan enkel blauw en groen. Ze vinden het lastig om rapporten op te maken door schuivende vlakken zoals de huisstijl boog. Het is wenselijk dat sjabloon direct automatisch  beschikbaar zijn in Microsoft Office wanneer \u00e9\u00e9n van de applicaties gestart wordt. Documenten zouden interactiever horen te zijn.
