Burgers & Frites has won a Thuisbezorgd Award several years running, among them Best delivery restaurant in the Netherlands. From the street there was no sign of it.

I was asked to design a banner for the location in Rotterdam South. The awards are on it now, in the new look I made for the place.

After the success of the logo I designed in 2015, eight years on it was time for a new look. Together with the owners I worked on that.

The emblem I revised and then rolled out onto the packaging and the banner. That brought the whole place into the new style in one go.

After the logo redesign the rest of the place had to follow. The new look I rolled out onto everything a customer gets in their hands.

So I designed the packaging, the bags, the cups, the trays and the placemats. Everything carries the new look I made for them.

The burgers and wraps at Burgers & Frites are wrapped in paper to keep everything together.

The pattern on it I designed with the illustrations from the identity. That puts it in line with the rest of the design work I made for this place.

Printing them on cardboard was my idea. That gives the cards a handmade look.

The client asked me to design window stickers for the location in Rotterdam South. The place had to become recognisable from a distance.

The illustrations I drew digitally with a pen tablet and then had printed at large format. The same drawings come back on the wrapping paper and the business card.

I was asked to design a new logo for Burgers & Frites, a burger place in Rotterdam South. Several concepts I presented to the owners.

After that I designed a number of iterations. It became a recognisable logo that has kept growing with the business since 2015.
